I got one of those messages tonight. “Oh, I was just calling to say ‘Hi.'”
That’s horndog-speak for, “I thought I’d check if you were horny and willing
to have sex tonight.” Sometimes when I get a message like that I want to be sarcastic and say something like, “Oh yeah, Baby! I haven’t seen or heard from you in six months (since the last time you tried this booty call) and I’ve been waiting for you to honor me with this request every single day.”
But I didn’t do that. I politely declined. I’m so polite. I even said, “Thank you,” as in “Thank you for the offer.” I regretted that after I said it. There’s no shortage of offers in my life at this time, and this guy should have known better. On the other hand, I can’t fault a guy for trying. If he had talked to me recently, he’d have known that my heart and pussy are spoken for these days.

I like the new blog, although I read the old one my RSS, and likely read the new one that way too.
I was recalling your advice for men for Ashley Madison… I signed up again after being away for 4-5 years; the interface seems more lame than before. It was really quite exciting for the first… well… 30 minutes. And then, of course, it got really depressing when I realize nobody answers me.
So, I signed up again as a woman, no picture, no interests, nothing… got four messages and a wink in about ten minutes. What’s this? Women join AM for free now? I don’t think I like that. I don’t mind them having a discount, I guess, but I’d actually prefer to have a higher barrier to entry.
Well, I lied that nobody messages me as a man: 7-8 profiles wink/message me from random far away cities a week, and they all look suspicious, … But, you are right about insanity on Fetlife; I don’t get it myself. I really don’t. It’s so embarrassingly “typical” being a horny man online, that frankly, it’s given me a complex.
